where traditional charm meets modern comfort.
Our Story
Built between the late 18th and early 19th century, the Masseria has been lovingly passed down through five generations since its purchase by the family in 1927. Once a working farmhouse where olive oil was pressed, bread was baked in the old oven, and animals were raised, it has always been a place of family, work, and a deep connection to the land.
Even today, traditional practices such as olive oil production, tomato sauce making, and vegetable farming continue on the estate’s 6,670 square meters, lovingly maintained and renewed by the third generation with care and respect for its heritage.

Surrounded by ancient olive groves and the serene beauty of rural landscapes, it offers four independent apartments for holidays in Puglia, each with private access and interiors, while sharing inviting outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation and socialising.

You can rent a car at the airport or use your own. Transfers to the property can also be arranged upon request.

No, there are no restrictions, the pool is open at any time, so you can even enjoy a swim in the early morning if you wish.
How close are the apartments to each other?
All apartments are part of a single complex, so each entrance is conveniently close to the others. However, every apartment has its own private outdoor space and entrance, allowing guests to socialize if they wish, but privacy is always guaranteed.
